• Payment: Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations: Confirmed reservations are eligible for a 48-hour grace period, during which they can be cancelled for a full refund. This grace period applies only to reservations made at least 7 days in advance of the participation date. Reservations made within 7 days of the participation date are non-refundable.

• Booking Amendments: An advance notice of at least 48 hours is required before the start time. Koh Rong Watersports may accommodate amendments, subject to availability and other practical constraints.

Prices for services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. All services are subject to availability. Koh Rong Watersports reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without liability.
